How Do I Book In To View a Property?

Bookings for viewings are completed online through the Book Inspection button on the property webpage, or you can view all properties by clicking the link below.   If there is no time available then you need to continue to register your details and you will be notified if another viewing time becomes available.   To view available rentals CLICK  HERE   (please note if it has “Applications Pending” it is likely this property is already had an application forwarded for approval)

What if there are no times available?

There can be a number of reasons that no times are available.  The owner may already be considering an application, we may not be able to get access yet due to the current occupants availability, or all of the booked inspections may already be full.  If there are no viewing times available on the website the fastest way to be notified of any upcoming viewings is to register your details and you will be immediately notified if a viewing time becomes available.

What if I Am Unable To Attend A Viewing?

It is very important to us and the landlord that a tenant is familiar with the property location and condition before entering into a binding Lease Agreement.  It is therefore a requirement that you book in and attend a viewing of the property, either by attending yourself, or having someone attend the property on your behalf.

How Do I Apply For a Property?

To submit an application, you must first ATTEND A VIEWING/HOME OPEN at the property, as it is a requirement that you view the property for your application to be considered.  After you have attended the Home Open, you will receive a link to submit your application via the 2Apply Online Platform.  To view available rentals CLICK HERE  (please note if it has “Applications Pending” it is likely this property is already had an application forwarded for approval)  

What should I include in my Application?

When submitting your Application, it is important that all required information is submitted, so that your Application can be promptly assessed.  Submitting your Application with information missing will delay the process, and could cause you to miss out on a property.  If you are currently renting a property then ensuring that you enter the correct information for your current agency including their email address, will ensure that rental references can be promptly obtained.   

How Do I Follow Up My Application Status?

When your application progresses or the status changes, you will be immediately notified by email.  If you have not received an email notification then it means that there has been no change to your Application Status at this time.   

How Long Will It Take To Process My Application?

Your Application will be reviewed within 24 hours and processing will commence.  We endeavour to have all Applications where all documents are received processed within 48 hours, however as we generally require information from third parties such as rental references or employment references, this is subject to their prompt response.

When Will I Find Out If My Application Has Been Accepted or Not?

There is no standard answer to when you will receive an answer, as it is dependant on a variety of factors, which include but are not limited to:

1. The number of Applications that have been received and processing of these Applications
2. If there are further viewings scheduled where further Applications may be received
3. The available date of the property
4. The availability of the landlord to review and accept an Application

As soon as the status of your Application changes, you will immediately be notified by email.   If you have not received an email notification then the status of your Application has not changed, and it has neither been accepted or declined.

What happens if my Application is accepted?

If your application is accepted you will receive a detailed email regarding the accepted Lease Terms and how to pay your Bond monies, and we will be in touch to guide you through the process.

What if I Want To Withdraw My Application?

If you have been accepted on another property, or wish to withdraw your application for any reason, then please refer to the notification emails received for your Application, which all provide the option to click a link to withdraw your application.
